The incentives for key employees are always focal point which scholars has been focus on.The research have been made many positive,useful research results and become a more complete structural system in terms of material incentives with the deep study. But the current research on key employees dose not combine with psychological behavior patterns under different cultural background and effectively adjust the non-material incentives for the key employees especially. This paper will proceed the cultural factors into non-material incentives and then built on non-material incentives Mechanism from the culture of collectivism-individualism dimension.This paper contains six parts.The first part introduces the back ground, method and structure. The third part discusses the current situation of key employees with non-material incentives, then concluded that the root reason to cause the problem is cultural factors in the absence of Existing incentives mechanism. The fourth part reconstruction of the key employees of non-material incentives from the collective-individualistic dimension. The fifth part analysis the actual problem by this model, to the case of Y software companies. The sixth part is conclusions.This paper investigated the status of non-material incentives mechanism and summarized the problem in the incentives mechanism with cultural model as a starting point,then propose reconstruction non-material incentives mechanism from a cultural perspective view. By using of logic analysis,this paper get the new non-material incentives model impacted culture eventually by deconstruction-reconstruction of non-material incentives and hope to provide reference for enterprises.
