Research Of The Performance Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Project In Construction Enterprise

This study analyzed systematically performance evaluation of technological innovation project in construction enterprise, chose method of combinating theory and empirical based on technology innovation and performance evaluation of existing research, and established technological innovation performance evaluation index system for performance evaluation of technology innovation projects in the construction enterprise.Through empirical analysis of project A in Qingdao construction group, the study evaluated process performance and output performance of the project, draw the conclusion, performed evaluation, and provided countermeasures, found problems of technological innovation ,and provided project experience and reference case for performance evaluation in enterprise.This study proposed research background, meaning and purpose from the realistic significance, researched on the subject of performance evaluation of technology innovation theory of enterprise, evaluated the study of the related theory about performance, analyzed the technical innovation projects of the performance evaluation of technological innovation project effect and factors influencing performance evaluation, pointed out the technical innovation and the relevant characteristics in construction and technology innovation project performance characteristics in construction enterprise,summarized technology innovation reform process in our construction,analyzed the current situation of technology innovation in construction enterprise and architectural obstacle factors in the enterprise's technological innovation, expounded designing principles and ideas of the building construction enterprise technology innovation index system.From the output performance,including economic benefits,technical benefit and social benefit, and process performance,including technical innovation ability,innovation investment management ability, research and development ability, innovation ability, analysised of output of construction enterprise technology innovation project performance, on this basis, technology innovation project performance evaluation system were established in the construction enterprise,using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model, analysised empirically project A in Qingdao construction group,put forward measures and conclusions of technology innovation project performance in the construction enterprise.
