Research On Impact Of Market-orientated Enterprise's Independent Intellectual Property Strategy On Technical Innovation Performance

Along with the on-going acceleration of global economy,China has now completed the magnificent transformation from traditional economy to knowledge economy.Today,enterprise's rapid development and competitive advantages depend on its abilities of independent innovation.It is well known that knowledge innovation and technology progress are the impetus of enterprise economic growth.Intellectual property rights strategy is initially designed to promote and protect enterprise's technical innovations,to obtain and maintain competitive advantage in seeking maximum economic benefit.Enterprise intellectual property strategy,however,under the multiple influences of market orientation,technical and policy guidance,results in different levels of impact,implementation results and correlation with technical innovation performance.The paper analyzed those correlative factors among market orientation,enterprise's intellectual property strategies and technical innovation performance,following the main line of Knowledge Capital Theory and the auxiliary line of Open Innovation Theory and New Economic Growth Theory.Based on this,we brought forward research hypothesis,established evaluation model,developed metrics,and used basic information of enterprises as control variables,independent intellectual property strategy as independent variables,technical innovation ability as intervening variables,technical innovation performance as dependent variables to conduct associated impact analysis,then collected data from 105 enterprises through questionnaire survey,to finally get the result of significant positive impact of market orientated enterprise intellectual property strategy on technical innovation performance by comprehensive application of SPSS software analysis and induction.This research provides basis for enterprise's objective evaluation of correlations among market orientation,independent intellectual property rights strategy and technical innovation performance,which will enable each enterprise to improve the planning and management of independent intellectual property rights strategy based on its actual situation,and to provide certain reference for improving enterprise's technical innovation.
