| Supply chain finance has effectively solved the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises,and its development has also been highly valued by the government.With the deep integration of Internet technology and supply chain finance,China has entered the stage of Internet supply chain finance,the commercial banks are no longer the only main subject of financing products and services,but they still play an important role in this field.Facing the higher demand of the market for the financial services of commercial banks,this paper introduces the capability maturity model into the internet supply chain financial services of commercial banks,and helps them locate the service maturity level accurately by constructing the model,at the same time for the continuous development of business optimization recommendations to maximize the value.In 2000,China Construction Bank(hereinafter referred to as CCB)began to build a supply chain financial business platform,and with the changes in policy and market changes constantly adjust and innovate the supply chain financial model,walked in the forefront of commercial banks,therefore this paper takes CCB as an example to discuss in detail.Based on the theory of Internet supply chain finance and Capability Maturity Model,this paper discusses the capability maturity of CCB’s Internet supply chain finance development.First,it analyzes the basic situation of CCB’s internet supply chain financial business,including the main business products and innovative development of business.Secondly,after clarifying the research object,it explains the relevant connotation of the maturity of the development capability of CCB’s Internet supply chain finance Based on the previous research results,enterprise capability theory and capability maturity theory,the paper concludes and screens the factors that influence the capability maturity of CCB’s internet supply chain finance development,the influencing factors were further subdivided as first-level indicators,and the Delphi method was used to select and determine the index system of seven first-level indicators and twenty-three second-level indicators,and the weights of each indicator were determined by analytic hierarchy process.According to the degree of perfection,science and order,the model is divided into five levels: initial level,repeatable level,defined level,managed level and optimization level,and the characteristics of each maturity level are described.Finally,we design and distribute the questionnaire and collect the data.After the index system passed the reliability and validity test,we apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the maturity of the Internet supply chain finance development capability of CCB at the management level,at the same time,according to the measuring results of the model,it is found that there is room for improvement in the aspects of the development of personnel ability of internet supply chain finance,Internet supply chain finance information system,Internet supply chain finance risk management system and Internet supply chain finance product system.In order to improve the maturity level of CCB’s internet supply chain financial development capability,based on the measuring results of the model and the actual situation of the internet supply chain financial business,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on cultivating talents of Internet supply chain financial development,strengthening the construction of Internet supply chain financial information system,perfecting the financial risk management system of Internet supply chain and promoting the construction of Internet supply chain financial product system.It is hoped that through this simple research and accumulation,it can provide reference for CCB to study its position of Internet supply chain finance business,optimize upgrade structure,innovate products,and finally enhance the maturity level of business development ability. |
