In recent years, with the continuous growth of China's economy, the exhibition industry has been booming. The exhibition industry is gradually becoming the new points of economic growth or pillar industry of all parts of the country. Meanwhile a large number of exhibition construction companies are coming forth. Therefore the present exhibition construction companies are in a disproportionate situation. The construction industry is faced with fierce competition. How to choose the right marketing strategy is particularly important.Taking Company A as the study object, the paper utilizes PEST, Five Forces model, SWOT, cluster analysis and other tools, the paper systematically researches on customers of the exhibition construction market, and it proposes differentiation methods and strategies. Through the study of product differentiation strategies, on one hand the market will further understand the current situation and development of exhibition construction industry, on the other hand the paper will give proposals on the operation and development, a more clear and reasonable position, raise competitiveness of A company in the exhibition construction market, and also provide some references for the marketing strategy of other exhibition construction enterprises.
