With the development of reform and opening up,China's exhibition industry has also entered a rapid development.After more than 30 years of vigorous development,the exhibition economy is playing an increasingly prominent role in China's national economic development.Domestic and foreign scholars also have improved their theoretical research on exhibition and marketing strategies.At the same time,with the rapid expansion of the scale and volume of the exhibition industry,many disadvantages of the industry development are also appearing.In addition,with the prosperity of the Internet economy in recent years,the development of online shopping has gained momentum,which has had a great impact on the traditional exhibition economy,but also brought new development opportunities.Qingdao day day up exhibition co.,LTD.(referred to as "day day up")as a small and medium-sized enterprise,after four years' development,although have been foothold in the industry and a minor celebrity,but it still faces many problems in the marketing strategy.Based on the internal and external environment of the present exhibition industry,this paper analyzes and studies the case of Taian tea exposition by using scientific models and tools.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the exhibition marketing strategy and promote the development of exhibition enterprises.First of all,this paper summarizes relevant theories and literature about exhibition,and gives a detailed introduction and explanation of the basic situation of "day day up".Secondly,it also expound that existing market strategy of Taian tea exposition,Such as the product strategy is not clear,the propaganda tool is traditional and the new media tools can not exert its advantages etc.Thirdly,by using PEST and SWOT analysis methods,the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the Taian tea exposition.At the same time,the interview and questionnaire survey were used to analyze the demand of exhibitors and consumers.Finally,on the basis of demand analysis,we put forward the improvement suggestion and guarantee measures for the marketing strategy by using the 7Ps theory.Improving measures such as raising the proportion of the application of new media means in Taian tea exposition and using the tangible demonstration of more diversified strategy,etc;Guarantee measures such as improving the human resources system and establishing an information-based customer database.etc.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide some guidance and reference for "day day up" and similar enterprises.
