Research On Tourism Resources Development And Development Pattern Of Jiangxi

As the main content of the development of tertiary industry, tourist resources development has become the main approach of the provincial and municipal governments to promote economic development. It is an important method to optimize the industrial structure. However, it's has been proved that the development of tourism resources is a "double-edged sword". It can promote economic and cultural development. But the historical, cultural and natural tourism resources was immeasurable damaged because economic interests. Therefore, it is important to improve the level of development and management of tourism resources, prevent and avoid irrational and no-appropriate development, enhance the continuable development.Under the impetus of the government, a wave of tourism development was launched across all the province. However, with the promotion of tourism resources, lots problems of tourism resources development and management in Jiangxi was increasingly coming forth as follows: lower economic benefit on development, the dismatch between industry income and resources amount; imperfect management system, bad human resources management on tourism, uncultured employees, unreasonable tourism marketing management, weak brandbuilding and so on.These problems are bad for tourism resources development in Jiangxi Province. At the macro level, the overall economic benefit is lower. It damages the resources environment and social environment such as the water resources decreasing, reduction of biological resources and other. At the micro level, it is difficult for tourism resources development enterprises to become bigger and stronger in fierce competition. Therefore, to strengthen and improve tourism resource development and management level is urgent task to achieve continuable development of tourism in Jiangxi Province.This paper summarizes existing research results and comments. Firstly expound tourism resources development and management theory, then analysis current situation of tourism resources development and management in Jiangxi Province. It especially analyzes the current problems and related causes. Secondly the SWOT analysis method was used to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the conditions and development opportunities as well as external challenges on these problems. Finally strategies and measures to strengthen and improve tourism resource development and management are demonstrated based on SWOT method.
