Research On The Governance Of Solid Waste In Bin County

With the rapid development of urbanization,the cities and towns waste governance issue has becoming a hot topic which more and more researchers pay their attention on it.However,the current level of cities and towns waste governance in China is alarming,most local government didn’t pay much attention on cities and towns waste governance. If we don’t promptly solves the problem of cities and towns waste governance, it may affect the cities and towns’healthy development and people’s quality of life. Therefore, researching cities and towns waste governance issue is of pith and moment.This article took the Bin county in Heilongjiang Province as example.Using method of investigation analysis, qualitative analysis, summary and deduction.combining the characters of cities and towns waste governance in Bin county,this article proposed some comprehensive countermeasures.hoping to improve the present waste governance countermeasures in Bin county. First, introduced current situation of comprehensive countermeasures of cities and towns waste governance at home and abroad;Second, introduced related theories about cities and towns waste governance; Third.in view of the current situation of cities and towns waste governance in Bin county.this article analyzed present governance problems and reasons which lead to these problems; Fourth, through analysis about cities and towns waste comprehensive governance countermeasures in England, Japan.US and some domestic cities and towns,this article summarizes some countermeasures which are fit for Bin county; Finally, proposed some waste comprehensive governance countermeasures of cities and towns which can be considered by the local government of Bin county.The difficult point of this article is the research of the current situation of waste governance in Bin county and the summary and deduction of relevant material. The key point of this article is improving the present waste governance countermeasures in Bin county.In this part,this article centered on governance subject, governance method, governance process, governance machinery,improved comprehensive governance countermeasures in Bin county.
