Mine hoist in mine production process is mainly used for ore transportation, materials, and personnel, the path is the reciprocating motion of the cycle and its load is potential. Mine hoist to electric control system requirements are relatively high, the performance of mine hoist control system not only has a greater impact on mine production efficiency, but also affect the safety of mine production. Excellent performance of the hoist control, not only can improve the economic benefit of the mine production enterprises, but also greatly reduce the probability of accidents occur during the production process. Therefore, the study has a good control performance of mine hoist for coal mine production has important significance.In order to study the control performance and drag characteristics of the experimental platform of the control system. According to the need of the mine site and laboratory construction performance of the hoist system requirements, combined with the development direction of the hoist system, puts forward the design goal of mine hoist experiment platform. Completed the design of hardware and software of the system, which hardware design includes the calculation of the running speed of the system parameters, AC and DC drive control system, the hardware design, PLC control unit hardware circuit design, safety loop and the monitoring and control system hardware design. The software design includes, DC drive system control strategy selection, control system software design and PC control system configuration design, to build a set of control, protection and monitoring function of the hoist drive system experiment platform.Using the experimental platform, completed the AC and DC drive system of the current loop, speed loop experiment experiment, motor four quadrant operation experiment. And hoist system and emergency stop test, hoist safety circuit experiment. And the analysis of the drag characteristics of hoist drive system experimental platform.Through the experiment and analysis of hoist experimental platform, verify the control performance and drag characteristics of the system, the platform can meet the design requirements.
