B) The governmentshould change the theories and methods in making policies, invent the commonpeople to take part in making policies, public the government information as much aspossible, set a good example to every people. C) The society indepent third partyshould insist the independence of itself, clear and definite it legal responsibility,build impeccable appraise system, in order to realize itself has more public trust. Andmore nongovernmental supervisor party should be established to make up theshortage of the government supervisor.
