With the improving of fully-mechanized face production capacity, The amount of preparation become more and more. Mechanized rapid excavation and supporting of comprehensive mining roadway become one of the key technologies on Mine high yield and production safety. The current domestic coal mine main temporary support form have some problem such as the complexity of the construction process,multiple links, low efficiency, low supporting speed. These problems lead to adverse consequences such as longtime empty top, roof settlement and deformation, more workers, more accident. Then situation becomes compact. This project is to study a rapid mechanical and safety of temporary support device. However, during the project, found the equipment too big not to adapt to the new requirements of roadway section problem, so it is necessary to carry on the structure light design for original equipment.Firstly, according to the actual size of a mine roadway section request and related data, complete the structure girder influence the biggest part of the whole equipment is highly improved design and strength analysis, changing the relative position of suspension point and the supporting arm pivot, in order to reduce the overall height, the use of high strength materials, to reduce the size and weight. Secondly, according to the change of the main girder structure and suspension point position changes, re design and calculation of the suspension system equipment, put forward two design schemes. Then, the paper on the main beam and the suspension system relates to the need to re selection and calculation of the hydraulic cylinder is re selection, the more fluent running up the improved equipment. Finally, this paper introduces in detail the design and strength analysis of contrast lightweight shield, so that the whole equipment improvement works become more complete.This research makes the fully mechanized rapid support equipment products can better meet the domestic small cross section of mine safety production needs, and is favorable for fully mechanized coal mining face of high yield and high efficiency of exploitation in safety.
