With the development of the coal mine industry,the auxiliary transportation machinery represented by monorail crane arises at the historic moment.The existing monorail crane is basically a heavy monorail crane,which is suitable for the transportation of heavy load material or equipment above 20t.It is very large and can not be suspended in a small space.The hydraulic single drive monorail crane is designed and studied in this paper.It is suitable for the downhole light load transportation under 5T.Because of its small size,it can be lifted in a small space.According to the characteristics and requirements of the hydraulic monorail monorail locomotive,the overall hydraulic system and mechanism are designed and analyzed.Firstly,according to the working principle,the design scheme of the hydraulic system and the overall mechanical structure was determined.Through the MATLAB program obtained the bearing capacity of the single track single track crane under the different ramps,the speed and the traction characteristic curve under different ramps,and the braking distance of the locomotive.Then,the main circuit and safety auxiliary circuit were designed and analyzed respectively.The design and calculation of hydraulic components needed in hydraulic system design are carried out.The AMEsim software is used to simulate the hydraulic system of the walking and braking circuits of this type monorail locomotive.The relationship between different loads of load as well as system pressure and load as well as walking speed was analyzed and the characteristic curves of brake cylinder speed,displacement and flow rate were obtained which met the design requirements.The feasibility of the hydraulic system design is verified by the simulation of the main circuit of transportation by FluidSIM software.Finally,the 3D model design of the monorail locomotive is completed by the Solidworks software.The kinematics analysis of the brake process of the driving part was carried out by using the Motion plug-in which was displayed intuitively the kinematic process of the brake cylinder piston rod,brake spring and brake disc.And The frame of the drive part of the type monorail locomotive is analyzed by using the ANSYS/Workbench plug-in,and the force of the drive frame is displayed more intuitively,which ensures that the structural parts can meet the strength and stiffness requirements of the design.After the prototype was completed,the experiment in the factory and the underground industrial test were carried out respectively.It is proved that the locomotive can complete the expected work of walking,clamping and braking during the actual operation of the locomotive.According to the design requirements,the hydraulic system and the overall mechanical structure of this type monorail locomotive are designed and studied.It has a certain reference value for the improvement after the product.
