As the core component in the monorail crane system,the reasonableness of its power distribution plays an absolute role in whether the monorail crane can operate safely and reliably.However,the existing monorail crane drive unit is not highly intelligent due to the system,which leads to the problem that it cannot effectively distribute the front and rear power of the lifting beam when traveling on a heavy load and large slope track,making the track prone to bending accidents in the direction perpendicular to the web.In this paper,a series-parallel monorail crane drive force distribution unit is proposed,and the following work is carried out with this object in mind.1.Through the analysis of the driving principle of monorail crane and the data of track installation,the main reasons for the track bending accident of monorail crane are summarized: Firstly,the pure series-type driving force transmission method of traditional monorail crane causes the accumulation of the driving force to the ties in the direction of the lifting beam;secondly,the deviation angle of the track installation error causes the direction of the driving force to be inconsistent with the forward direction of the heavy load,causing the driving part to produce excessive moment to the track.2.The mathematical model of the track below the lifting beam is established,and the location of the track danger point is analyzed to be on the first track below the lifting beam;the most dangerous working condition is when the first drive section below the lifting beam passes through two consecutive sections of the track with the same deflection in the same direction alone.3.A series-parallel monorail crane drive force distribution unit is proposed,by which the original monorail crane pure series force transmission method is changed to series and then parallel connection,effectively reducing the size of the peak concentrated load on the track.The safety of the unit is also verified through the analysis of the mechanical characteristics of each main component of the unit.4.The mathematical models of straight and curved rails of monorail crane under various working conditions are established respectively,and simulations are carried out to simulate the stresses at the dangerous points of the two types of rails to verify the safety of the rails when the driving force distribution unit is installed in the monorail crane.In addition,the analysis of the design ideas of the monorail crane drive unit and the causes of truck accidents is beneficial to further improve the driving force distribution strategy of the monorail crane and helps to promote the research of key technologies for heavy-duty monorail crane assisted transportation robots,which is of great significance to promote the safety and intelligence of coal mining transportation.Figure [ 76 ] Table [ 3 ] Reference [ 107 ]... |
