| Mining monorail crane is an important auxiliary transportation mode of coal mine.Real-time monitoring of its status information and location information plays an important role in high dispatching efficiency and reducing safety risks.However,the existing monorail crane monitoring system is not highly intelligent,ground dispatching personnel cannot obtain real-time position and status information of monorail crane during operation,which is difficult to meet the requirements of intelligent dispatching.Therefore,according to the monitoring requirements of monorail crane,based on digital twin technology and Internet of Things technology,the paper designs and implements a three-dimensional visual monitoring prototype system for monorail crane.Based on ultra-wideband technology,this paper proposes a positioning strategy of underground monorail crane that integrates various algorithms,which improves the visualization degree and positioning accuracy of monorail crane monitoring.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through fishbone analysis,the existing pain points in the current monitoring system of monorail crane are analyzed.Combined with the monitoring requirements,the architecture of three-dimensional visual monitoring system of monorail crane based on digital twin technology is proposed,and the design objectives of each level in the architecture are defined.(2)The digital twin virtual model construction method was studied,and the high-fidelity construction of the monorail crane virtual operation scene was completed based on various software collaborative model construction methods and point cloud reverse modeling technology.The monorail crane virtual operation scene was built in Unity3 D,and the geometric transformation principle of the virtual model was studied.(3)The acquisition,processing,transmission,storage and mapping technology of multi-source heterogeneous twin data of monorail crane is studied,and real-time transmission of twin data is realized based on data unit construction method and Internet of Things technology.The database of monitoring system is designed to realize the interconnection between the physical device and the twin model.(4)The positioning strategy of underground monorail crane is studied,the mathematical model of positioning accuracy under different base station layout is established and the simulation analysis is carried out to improve the layout of underground base station.Based on the adaptive Kalman filter algorithm,a collaborative position estimation algorithm is proposed to suppress the non-line-of-view error in the UWB ranging process.The simulation results show that the collaborative position estimation algorithm can effectively improve the positioning accuracy.(5)Complete the construction of three-dimensional visual monitoring system of monorail crane.Based on the C/S architecture,the design and functional testing of the prototype system module were completed,and the 3D visual monitoring experiment was carried out in the underground field.The experimental results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.To sum up,based on digital twin technology and ultra-wideband technology,this paper studies the three-dimensional visual monitoring and positioning strategy of monorail crane,which improves the positioning accuracy of monorail crane and the visibility of monitoring process,and is of great significance for the safe operation of monorail crane truck,the improvement of scheduling efficiency,and the safe and efficient production of coal mine.Fig [78] Table [16] Reference [84]... |
