Large monorail crane,as a kind of modern efficient auxiliary transportation equipment widely used in recent years,can adapt to most of the mine environment in China.Due to the different working conditions in different mining areas and even in different sections of underground tunnels,the driving part always keeps constant force,which will produce a large unnecessary loss.Therefore,the design and improvement of the drive system to ensure the safe operation of the locomotive with high efficiency is of great significance in the research and development process of monorail crane.According to the characteristics of large monorail crane,this paper designs the hydraulic and electrical scheme of monorail crane.According to the relationship between the configuration of diesel monorail crane and its driving part,the composition and working principle of the driving part are introduced and analyzed.The visual analysis of clamping force characteristic relationship under different working conditions is carried out by using MATLAB software programming,and the calculation verification of braking reliability is completed.Using SolidWorks software to build the three-dimensional structure model of the drive unit,the structure design scheme of each part of the drive unit is displayed intuitively.The principle of the driving,clamping and braking hydraulic system,which is closely related to the performance of the whole machine,is analyzed,and the design and selection of the key hydraulic components of the hydraulic system are completed.The hydraulic principle of the variable clamping force system is put forward,and the control system of the clamping force based on the principle is designed and studied.The characteristic requirements of the system for the key control elements such as the pilot proportional reducing valve are analyzed in detail.After the model selection,the mathematical model of each link of the control system is established,and the transfer function block diagram of the system is built with Matlab / Simulink tools,and the theoretical analysis is simplified.Output Bode diagram and step response curve,select PI regulator to correct the system,and analyze the dynamic performance of the clamping force control system.Based on the comprehensive selection and system design,the AMESim simulation software is used to model and simulate the key hydraulic system of the driving part.The sub model parameters of each component are set according to the actual working conditions,and the output simulation results are analyzed.The results show that: the drive system of the research and design basically meets the relevant requirements of the design of large monorail crane system,and the component selection can meet the requirements of working state parameters under various working conditions;the optimized clamping force control system is stable and reasonable,with rapid response,and can realize the dynamic adjustment of clamping force,which is feasible;the response time of the simulation analysis of the braking system meets the design requirements requirement.In addition,the design and analysis of each system of the driving part of the large-scale monorail crane provides a useful feasible scheme and design improvement ideas,which is helpful to further improve the working performance of the large-scale monorail crane.
