Therefore, in-depth study of domestic waste treatment in Shanghai City, and influence the use of land resources, to choose an effective solution path, thereby alleviating garbage siege dilemma, is the problem urgently needs the development process of Shanghai city in solution.Based on literature analysis method, interview method, on-the-spot investigation method as the basis, taking the land location theory, land price theory, Marx city ecological planning and other related theory as the foundation, the Shanghai city garbage processing mode is summarized, at the same time, combined with the specific case-Shanghai Laogang landfill (hereinafter referred to as the old port landfill), to the surrounding agricultural land, commercial use of such effects, the use of land resources in the study found that the in-depth analysis of the living garbage processing, landfill leachate of garbage and garbage burning generating harmful gases to the surface water, the quality of agricultural land and agricultural production have a serious threat, at the same time, because of the pollution and destruction of the living environment of the living garbage disposal, the nearby residential price level and with other similar location of real estate prices relatively low level, which led to the decline in land prices. Based on the above research, the author separately from the three levels of government, garbage disposal field, the public and the market and put forward some countermeasures to relieve the city life garbage treatment effect on the utilization of land resources. The government should strengthen supervision, improve the land pollution remediation and risk guarantee fund system and compensation mechanism, at the same time, on the legal aspects of environmental pollution led to the devaluation of the real estate, property protection; garbage disposal field level should optimize the garbage disposal mode, update processing technology, strengthening environmental protection and energy recycling; the public level should be actively involved in waste management, resource recovery and reduction from the source began to do garbage classification helps to alleviate the problems caused by the end of treatment.
