Research On Management Model And Characteristics Of Typical Towns And Villages Domestic Waste

China has a large population and vast area and varying way of domestic garbage disposal in different areas. Therefore, understanding the rural domestic garbage in different parts of the characteristics and the effect of the choice of targeted to different villages and towns life garbage disposal mode is of great significance. Domestic garbage samples from 12 provinces and 36 villages were collected, and the composition and physico-chemical properties of them were analyzed in this research. Furthermore 3 level questionnaires was conducted to 612 farming households from 16 provinces, 65 towns and 126 villages, characteristics of China's typical villages and towns domestic garbage and disposal mode was studied in which. Take Iron Hills in Hubei province as an example, a typical rural domestic garbage disposal mode was put forward. The main results were as follows:(1) The typical rural living garbage emission was between 0.01 ~ 6.50 kg per day, with a mean value of 0.64 kg. Chinese rural domestic garbage production was total 145 million tons in 2014. Kitchen waste class content is the highest in typical villages and towns domestic garbage composition in our country, lime soil class times, rubber and plastic and paper class content again, least harmful spam content relatively. Typical villages and towns domestic garbage in our country the average unit weight of 225.75 kg/m3, the average moisture content is 53.68%. Average value of wet base low calorific was 4255 kJ/kg.(2) There was no difference between village and town domestic garbage in physico-chemical properties. North and south climate condition difference had a great influence on water content of rural domestic garbage between different geographical regions. With the improvement of level of economic development, hutch, metals, MuZhu class ratio in village and town domestic garbage increases gradually, while lime soil class ratio decrease between different economic regions. Rural domestic garbage has certain differences in different seasons, kitchen waste class content is higher in spring and summer and dust waste class content is higher in winter.(3) 91% of villages have rural domestic garbage collection facilities in our country. Dustbin is of the largest number, and one hundred people have 2.71 dustbins, which was greatly improved compared with 2010. Rural trash pickup was of low level, only 57% of rural garbage was cleaned and the pickup frequency was one time per 4.7 days. In rural areas, the main management mode of village garbage was for the village leadership whose proportion is 38%, and 14% of rural areas is neglected. Living garbage and related projects have a role in promoting the management level of rural life, rural financial input from the superior to 18.04 yuan a person. Different parts of the rural living garbage management standardization degree also have bigger difference, 60% of the villages and towns life garbage management norms, the first choice of domestic waste treatment way for sanitary landfill. Different levels of management mode of the management standard is also put in bigger difference, the highest degree in management practices for p&g and township and above the government management mode. 46.15% of villages and towns have a normal life garbage disposal facilities, mainly for domestic waste landfill site, the type of garbage disposal facilities are the key factors influencing the rural living garbage processing way.(4) The content of kitchen waste class was less than dust high class in Iron Hillock countryside domestic garbage, which was of bulk density moisture content and moisture low calorific value, low effectiveness index, however the heavy metal content may exceed relevant standard. There are some garbage collection facilities in Iron Hillock township, but which also need supplement. Current domestic garbage disposal is out of standard processing in Iron Hillock township, and standard processing is for financial support and public opinion of the waste from specification processing base. A new model was put forward for the Iron Hillock township domestic garbage collector disposal, which is “clean collection sorting decrement, village, town transshipment processing”.
