Research On The Strategies Of The Value Promotion Of Xinhongcheng Company’s Outdoor Sports Training For Children

Based on the theories and methods related to Value Engineering, this paper analyzed the services of the outdoor sports training for children, which Xinhongcheng (Beijing) Company provides.Firstly, this paper drew the flowchart of the services.Secondly, this paper made a function analysis, and found out thirteen functions these services have, they are:teaching skills, developing children’s mind, providing specific advices on children’s education, spreading knowledge of children’s education, analyzing the development of children’s body and mind, collecting the information of children’s development, texting the understanding and skills of outdoor sports, providing places for training, providing training coach, providing equipment, promoting the training, creating a good image of the company, ensuring children’s safety. Additionally, this paper drew the Functional Analysis Systems Technique Diagram.Thirdly, this paper made a value evaluating of the thirteen functions, and discovered that nine of the thirteen functions may have the problems of being plethoric, insufficient or costly.Then, by further researching and analyzing, this paper summarized four main problems this training services may have:(1) The main characteristics of the services are not outstanding enough;(2) The Designed Functions do not provide the function that they should;(3) There are some processes which don’t create value.(4) Lack of necessary human resources.At last, this paper put forward these countermeasures:(1) Optimize the basic functions and enhance the unique characteristics of the services;(2) Establish a marketing plan, then plan Designed Functions under its guidance;(3) Make sure the stuff are capable of their jobs.
