Since 2015,when the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education launched the research and Training Program for the Intangible Cultural Heritage,entrusting institutions of higher learning to carry out skills training for the apprentices or practitioners of the ICH program,to incorporate universal training for the non-hereditary population into the school education system,to give full play to the role of cultural innovation,and to serve the local economic and social development.Universal training is a fundamental part of the study and study training programme for beginners and the beginning of the learning skills of practitioners and apprentices,to improve the training quality of these non-heritage beginners is of great significance to the development of culture and education sector,practitioners and non-heritage industry.At present,there are some problems in college-led skill training for beginners,such as traditional teaching model,scattered course contents and insufficient teaching guidance,which affect the training quality.Based on this,this research will optimize the process and service experience of ich skill experience,and strengthen the educational advantage of training in ich crowd.This paper uses the concept and method of service design to comb the existing training service experience and improve the service pain point,improve the teaching quality and learning experience.Therefore,this paper will explore the following two issues: non-genetic population skills training in the identification of the needs of beginners,and service design how to enhance the skills training experience.In this study,Dong people embroidery skills were selected as the specific training program for non-hereditary groups,and the service design theory and methods were used to explore the needs and status quo of Dong embroidery skills training services for beginners Screening user needs and sorting,building skills training service strategy for Dong embroidery skill beginners: first,through literature analysis and field research,second,through user interview and participation observation,the user needs indicators are extracted,and the user experience map of Dong embroidery technique is constructed.Thirdly,according to the Customer Demand Index,the questionnaire is designed,the attribute of customer demand index is classified by Kano model,the design point is obtained,and the service design strategy is constructed.Finally,the author puts forward the service method of skill training for the beginners of Dong embroidery art,chooses the concrete course content to carry on the service strategy application and the design practice,verifies its training service effect.This research has finally produced a set of effective skills training service system to enhance the beginners’ experience in learning dong embroidery skills,to improve the experience of classroom teaching,practical training,observation and observation,exchange and discussion,and display of works in the training of non-probationers,and to provide a teaching syllabus and a practical training package for beginners for university training,to establish a training platform to make the teaching resources for the training of non-probationers sustainable,to standardize and standardize the training and teaching system for non-probationers,and to meet the training needs of the beginners of Dong embroidery,in order to improve the service experience of the beginners in the dong embroidery training,a specific design solution is put forward,which has guiding significance for the research of service design involving in the universal training of non-hereditary population. |
