With the rapid development of industry and economy, the demand for energy isalso growing, the coal industry as the main pillar industry of our national economy, isthe national economic and social development to ensure. How fast, efficient roadwaydisinter need is significant to realize the coal mine mechanization, now requires tunnelconstruction to the development of safe, efficient, comfortable, although conventionalroadheader mechanized construction can be realized, but also need people to control,due to tunneling machine in practical work, dust cutting coal wall and harsh workingenvironment seriously affect the accuracy of manipulator control equipment. Leading tothe section shape of poor quality, and even prone to casualties. Therefore, in order tosolve the above problem, this section positioning boring machine automatic cuttingcontrol system of EBZ160roadheader, and produced by three one heavy equipment Co.Ltd as the research object, the cross section automatic control system scheme, andground by cutting off the rock of the control system is validated by test.This paper first analyzes the cutting part of the tunneling machine structure andcharacteristics, and established the mathematical model of cutting cutting cutting head,the mathematical relationship between spatial position and roadheader cutting arm oilcylinder and the rotary angle geometry determined. According to the characteristics ofeach component of cutting mechanism of the sensor selection, and provides a theoreticalbasis for the design of the next step of the whole control system.The underground working environment is very harsh, equipment vibration, dust,strong interference, the whole control system using CAN industrial fieldbus controlsystem anti-interference ability. The direct output of CAN signal of each positiondetection sensor, direct communication with the PLC host controller, from hardware toensure the stability and reliability of the system.Study of the roadheader in roadway through a large number of data of thecutting process, as well as the basic shape cutting roadway sections, established theroadheader cutting section model, and the section model are analyzed, laid thetheoretical foundation for the software design, the whole control system of theelectromagnetic proportion valve drive mode.Finally, the cutting off the rock test on the ground, to verify the whole location automatic cutting...
