| Edible betel nuts automatic cutting machine can greatly improve the efficiency of cutting seeds and realize the rapid development of betel nut processing enterprise. The mechanical part of the edible betel nut automatic cutting machine mainly consists of two componets. One is the transport system which can transport four betel nuts under the knife. The other one is the cutter system which has four cutting knives in parallel to cut down the nuts. Both of the two systems adopt AC servo motor drive.This paper combines with the specific research projects,in view of the edible betel nut automatic cutting machine as the control object and proposes a controller design scheme based on DSP chip TMS320F28035. The whole control system consists of the controller, AC servo driver,actuators and limit switch. On the basis of the system function and performance requirements, the design of software and hardware are completed. According to the input signal, the controller can send rated frequency of the pulse to control the speed of the knife and limit the knife’s position by using the upper and lower limit switches. Meanwhile, Pseudo-targeted method is adopted to realize transporting betel alternatively. It not only can avoid the inaccurate positioning caused by the loss of the conveyor, but also can reduce vibration of the transportation system.This control system has the advantage of simple structure, easy understanding and safe operation. It can realize functions such as automatic production and semi-automatic production and greatly improve the efficiency of cutting seeds.It is suitable for large quantities of edible betel nut seed production and processing. |
