The five axis three dimensional laser cutting machine is an automatic equipment which combines laser cutting technology with numerical control technology.At present,the high precision and intelligent three-dimensional laser cutting machine made in China is still very scarce and has not been produced.In order to meet the requirements of customers,it can make up for the vacancy of the domestic three-dimensional laser cutting machine,and the design of Dalian Guangyang science and technology research and development is designed.Five axis three dimensional laser cutting machine,based on the author’s actual participation in the PLC program design and debugging of the project as the premise,the PLC control program and design process applied to the project are discussed,and the function of the five axis three dimensional laser cutting machine is realized.The paper first describes the laser cutting technology,and analyzes the development of the 3D laser cutting machine at home and abroad,the future development trend and the shortcomings at home and abroad.According to the requirements,the GNC61 CNC system is selected as the main control system,and the Glink optical fiber open field bus is used as its communication mode.Because the bus is a CANOpen based serial field bus,the paper then describes the technology and technical points of the bus and the application of this technology in the GNC61 CNC system,and pave the way for the follow-up research.Then,the paper expounds the principle and method of laser focal distance positioning,adjusting and following by two dimensional steel plate cutting and three dimensional steel plate cutting.According to this principle,the PLC program of this function is designed to realize the manual or automatic focal distance positioning,adjustment and following function.Due to the requirement of laser cutting,the automatic edge searching algorithm is used to design the PLC program of the function,so as to achieve automatic edge searching control of the cutting machine.Then,through the method of cutting experiments,the main process parameters and matching data that affect the cutting are summed up.In order to facilitate the setting and call,the configuration table of the process parameters is designed and the PLC program is designed and applied to the CNC system,and the control of the processing parameters is completed and used.Finally,a visual monitoring system based on GPLC compiler environment is designed to monitor and display the operation status of 3D laser cutting machine in real time,According to the action logic relationship of the automatic feeding device,the manual and automatic loading PLC program is designed to realize the control of the device.Glaser Cell 4020 and five axis three-dimensional laser cutting machine is a laser cutting equipment with independent intellectual property rights of Dalian Guangyang.It was formally accepted by customers and invested in the production of customer sheet metal processing.This proves that the PLC program discussed in this paper is effective and feasible.
