Technical indicators andresearch methods of the study, based on national technical regulations given on thecombination of Liaoning Province complex ecological causes and characteristics, in order tointegrate the58counties in Liaoning Province as the study area, optimizing the NationalTechnical Statutes given index, select the importance of water conservation, ecologicalimportance of forests, ecological importance of wetlands and protected areas of ecologicalimportance of the four indicators. Read and analyze a large number of domestic and foreignliterature for different indicators selected the most appropriate quantitative methods. Flexibleuse of GIS technology as technical support and methods of the research and innovation,through grid technology, schedule assignment, buffer analysis and thematic map productiontechnology, the ecological importance of a comprehensive evaluation of the provincialdomain, The data tables with a simple intuitive thematic maps shown to reduce the error maybe caused by human factors, so that a more accurate conclusion true.
