Land arrangement objectively caused the existing land use patternchange, thus will inevitably affect the entire project area and the stability of thesurrounding land ecological system, at the same time, the improper engineering andbiological measures, is likely to be damaged the local ecological system, reduce theproduction capacity of agricultural land, influence the sustainable use of land resources.Therefore, land consolidation on the ecological environment impact evaluation of.In this paper, using the theory and methods of ecological environmental impactassessment, the ecological environment in the area of the land consolidation project basedon the analysis of the influence, determine the relative factors comprehensive evaluation,established the general sense of being impact evaluation index system, and the quantitativemethod of evaluation index, weight determination method and the method ofcomprehensive evaluation system is analyzed, respectively from natural system, ecosystemand social economy system from three aspects, build the evaluation index system of landconsolidation, the results showed that:1Natural systems, before finishing, starting from the region’s actual situation,according to the weight of each index factor to calculate the final score is1.6283, showthat natural systems before land consolidation project between poor and general; Afterfinishing, combined with the main technical indicators and the actual standard ofacceptance standard of according to the weight of each index factor to calculate the final score is3.046, show that natural systems obviously improved after the land consolidationproject, reached the better or more level. Natural systems are improved well after landconsolidation, soil pollution, field flatness, magnetism, after all is in good condition, waterquality to achieve good state;2Ecosystem after land consolidation, biological abundance index has climbed from54.24%to60.04%, the density of water index has climbed from61.2%to70.15%, roadnetwork density index has climbed from0.98%to0.98%, vegetation cover index hasclimbed from51.28%to57.28%, which indicates that the ecosystem obviously improvedafter the land consolidation project, basic close to the good level.
