Chemiluminescence analysis,an optical analysis method which is applied to detectcomposition of compounds by using the linearity relationship between luminous intensityand the concentration of detected components. Advantages such as high sensitivity,fastdetection speed and simple operation make it is widely used in the field of biological,medical, clinical and environment. Recently,with the improvement of Noble metalnanoparticles,chemiluminescence analysis came to another new spring. The combinationof noble metal nanoparticles and chemiluminescence analysis method has been applied incomplex analysis of medicine.The first part of the research is about the basic concepts, characteristics,preparations and the application achievements in liquid phase chemical luminescencesystem. The second part is the experiment. A new chemiluminescence detection methodis built to detect levomisole,procyanidine,mifepristone and levonorgestrel by joiningnoble metal nanoparticles of Au or Ag to liquid phase chemical luminescence system ofLuminol-K3Fe(CN)6、Luminol-H2O2and Ce(Ⅳ)-Na2SO3. Based on optimizing thedetection parameters by surface optimization method,the new method is used to analysismilk, medicine, blood and urine sample. Meanwhile, some chemiluminescencemechanism are discussed in this paper,the specific content are as follows:1. In the Luminol-K3Fe(CN)6chemiluminescence system of gold nanoparticlessensitization,strong inhibition happened by joining levamisole. Combined with flowinjection analysis technology,a new chemiluminescence detection method come intobeing to detect levamisole on the basis of the single factor way and surface optimizationway.Only when the concentration of levamisole ranged from2.5×10-6g/L to1.0×10-3g/L,does chemiluminescence intensity and concentration of levamisole presents linearityrelationship under the optimum experimental conditions. The limitation of this method is2.0×10-7g/L (3σ), which is lower than reported in Literature. By the way, when used indetecting levamisole in milk, the recovery is from97.2%to102.5%. 2. In alkaline conditions, mifepristone restrains the intensity of AgNPs-Luminol-H2O2chemiluminescence systems. Combined with flow injection analysis technology,eliminating the interactive influence on the detection result by response surfacemethodology is used to build a new chemiluminescence method to detect mifepristone.When the concentration of mifepristone ranges from1.0×10-7g/mL to1.0×10-4g/mL,the chemiluminescence intensity and concentration of mifepristone will be a linearityrelationship. The limitation of this method is3.0×10-8g/mL (3σ), which is lower than2.0×10-7g/mL of reported in literature. Presently, when used in detecting mifepristonein medicinal and serum, the recovery is also from97.1%to110.0%.3. In NaOH solution, it is Silver nanoparticles which can enhance Luminol-H2O2intensity of chemiluminescence system and procyanidine which will be a restraint to thissystem that to build a new method to detect procyanidine. Its linearity relationship rangefrom2.0×10-6g/L to2.0×10-2g/L and the limitation is4.4×10-7g/L (3σ), which islower than6.0×10-5g/L of reported in literature. This method is used to detectprocyanidine in capsule, and its recovery is from98.0%to103.7%.4. In acidic medium, there are some weak chemiluminescence signals in AgNPs-Ce(Ⅳ)-Na2SO3system, and norgestrel can enhance its intensity obviously. Combined withflow injection analysis technology, a new method of detecting norgestrel is built. Thereaction mechanism is also discussed by using fluorescence spectrum and ultravioletvisible spectrum. In the optimal experimental conditions, its linearity relationship rangefrom7.5×10-7g/L to1.0×10-3g/L, while its limitation is6.17×10-8g/L (3σ), which islower than2.5×10-6g/L of reported in literature.11times testing on levonorgestrel of7.5×10-5g/L, its relative standard deviation(RSD)is2.3%. At last, it is a good methodto detect levonorgestrel in human urine, and its recovery is range from98.7%to103.0%.
