Study On Index Evaluation System Of Cleaner Production In Automotive Painting Industry

Based on the the deficiencies of cleaner production standard for automobile painting (HJ/T293-2006), this paper analyzed of the the current situation of the development of automobile painting industry of our country,according to the related theory of cleaner production and its evaluation index system,and combined with the cleaner production standard for automobile painting (HJ/T293-2006), the industry characteristics and the current situation of the development of automobile painting of cleaner production technology, guided by the general principles to compile the cleaner production evaluation index system,this paper builded the cleaner production evaluation index system of automobile painting industry at last.This index system includes seven primary index,twenty nine secondary index, and composed of quantitative index and qualitative index.The quantitative index includes energy and resources utilization index, pollutants index and product quality index, qualitative index includes production technology and equipment index, raw materials index, product quality index, health and safety index and environmental management index. Compared with the existing cleaner production standard of automobile painting (HJ/T293-2006), the cleaner production evaluation index system of automobile painting industry added two primary indexes, product quality index, health and safety indicators. According to the research of advanced enterprises in automobile painting industry, policies and industry standards, the basic value of each index was determined. According to AHP and fuzzy mathematical evaluation method, the weight value of every index and the comprehensive evaluation method of the index system were determined respectively. Finally the cleaner production evaluation index system of automobile painting industry was verified by the example analysis of practicability and operability.The cleaner production evaluation index system of automobile painting industry make up for the defect of cleaner production standard for automobile painting (HJ/T293-2006) for the lack of comprehensive evaluation method, and it has certain guidance and reference function to promote cleaner production work in automobile painting industry.
