Investigation And Evaluation Of Cleaner Production Level Of Amide Herbicide Production Industry

Since the reform and opening up,the production industry of amide herbicides has become one of the important pesticide herbicide production industries in China However,the production of amide herbicides will consume a lot of resources and produce a large number of high concentration and difficult to deal with pollutants With the development of economy and the improvement of environmental protection requirements,the environmental pollution of pesticide production has become a key issue of the government management department.The government of our country carries out mandatory environmental management on the production industry of amide herbicides through the formulation of environmental protection laws and regulations,administrative measures,energy conservation and emission reduction tasks.In order to achieve comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,clean production plays an important roleIn this paper,based on a large number of domestic and foreign researches on the production technology and evaluation methods of amide herbicide industry,the current situation of cleaner production level in China’s amide herbicide industry was investigated and evaluated.The establishment of cleaner production index system and evaluation method of amide herbicide industry and enterprise can scientifically evaluate the cleaner production level of China’s amide herbicide industry,identify the problems existing in the implementation of cleaner production,guide and propose countermeasures,so as to promote the sustainable development of amide herbicide industry and provide technology for government decision-making Operative support.(1)Through literature research,practical investigation,expert consultation and other methods,this paper collates and analyzes the relevant data of pollutant emission sources,resource consumption and pollutant emission of amide herbicide production industry,and combs the basic data of cleaner production of amide herbicide production industry in China(2)The evaluation index system of clean production level of amide herbicide industry was established,and the resource and energy consumption and pollutant emission level of amide herbicide industry were evaluated vertically and horizontally.In the aspect of vertical evaluation,from the time dimension,the annual change analysis of resource consumption,recycling and pollutant emission of amide herbicide industry is carried out.It can be concluded that the clean production level of each indicator of amide herbicide production industry is getting better year by year,especially the water consumption per unit product in 2018 is 89.88%lower than that in 2008.In the aspect of horizontal evaluation,on the one hand,comparing the current situation of clean production level of amide herbicide production industry at home and abroad,seven indexes are selected from three aspects of resource consumption,recycling and environmental pollution for evaluation,and it is concluded that there is still a gap between the clean production level of domestic amide herbicide production industry and that of foreign advanced enterprises,the main reason is that foreign countries adopt advanced fork process On the other hand,compared with the current situation of the production industry of amide herbicides and other herbicides,the evaluation shows that amide herbicides rank third in four indicators and eighth in one,and the overall cleaner production level is higher than the average cleaner production level of the herbicide production industry.(3)The evaluation method of cleaner production level at the enterprise level is established,and two typical enterprises in China are investigated.The basic situation,resource and energy utilization,pollutant discharge and cleaner production measures of enterprises are analyzed in depth,and the cleaner production level of enterprises is evaluated.Comprehensive evaluation shows that the level of cleaner production of enterprise A is higher than that of enterprise B,and enterprise A is an advanced cleaner production enterprise,and enterprise B is a general enterprise.Through the analysis of economic benefits,enterprise A has higher economic benefits,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions(4)In view of the industrial characteristics of amide herbicide production,countermeasures and suggestions are provided,including strengthening the research and development of cleaner production technology at the technical level;improving the cleaner production management system at the management level and implementing the reward and punishment system;advising the management department to speed up the process of formulating and updating each emission standard at the industry standard level;strengthening the trust among enterprises,parks and regions at the information level In order to promote the sustainable development of amide herbicide production industry,we should promote the concept of cleaner production in the social level and encourage public supervision.
