Study On Evaluation Index System Of Cleaner Production In Copper Smelting Industry

Copper smelting industry has always been a heavy pollution industry,smelting enterprises generally low levels of equipment,backward production technology,raw material conversion and product yield were low,intuitive performance is high consumption,high loss and waste.Cleaner production is an important part of the sustainable development strategy and an important measure to realize the coordinated development of economy and environment.A systematic,scientific,incentive,with simple level of environmental management in China advanced copper smelting industry clean production evaluation index system can guide the production of copper smelting enterprises to implement cleaner production,to promote China’s copper smelting industry of cleaner production has a certain practical significance.Based on the scientific,systematic,hierarchical,combination of qualitative and quantitative principles,based on the enterprise,to determine the weights of evaluation indexes by AHP,the main analysis of the resources and energy consumption,production characteristics,product characteristics,pollutant production,comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental management and occupational safety and health of six copper the smelting industry of cleaner production level indicators and twenty-eight indicators in level two,combined with the national industrial policies and standards,the construction of cleaner production index system of copper smelting industry.The main results obtained are as follows:(1)Based on the existing research on cleaner production,with examples of the large copper smelting enterprises,the construction of cleaner production index system of copper smelting industry,determine the evaluation basis from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative,established a relatively perfect copper smelting industry clean production evaluation index system.(2)Based on the actual situation of China’s enterprises,abide by the state laws,regulations and policies and standards,determine the copper smelting industry of cleaner production evaluation index reference value,using qualitative and quantitative methods,and by scoring the computation partition the level of clean production of copper smelting industry by virtue of the grade.(3)The construction of the copper smelting industry clean production evaluation index system of large domestic copper smelting industry are discussed,and the evaluation results coincided with the actual situation of enterprises,and finds out the shortages of cleaner production also,provided the goal for enterprises continued to improve the level of clean production.
