Research On Performance Evaluation Index System Of Cleaner Production In Banknote Printing Industry

In the forty years since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has maintained rapid development.However,it has also brought serious problems like environmental pollution and wastage of ecological resources.The basic reason of these problems is that most enterprises have not yet fundamentally got rid of the extensive mode of management,and their technological equipment is relatively backward.Resources and energy consumption are relatively high,waste is relatively large,and utilization rate is relatively low.In order to mitigate the impact of enterprise production on the environment,the state has promulgated a number of relevant laws and regulations,requiring enterprises to take measures to reduce the environmental impact and harm in the production process.Cleaner production is a fundamental change to end-of-line governance.In this situation,it is an inevitable choice for enterprises to implement a cleaner production model.In order to give play to the main responsibility of the environmental management of banknote printing enterprises,reduce the pressure of environment,and realize the unification of environmental and economic benefits,this paper studies the performance evaluation index system of clean production in the banknote printing industry.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzed the current situation of domestic and international research on cleaner production,especially the research on cleaner production indicators in other industries.Based on the research on the cleaner production performance indicator system of the banknote printing industry,it obtains the measurement scale of cleaner production performance indicator system of the banknote printing industry,which is used to guide the management and evaluation of cleaner production in the banknote printing industry.Secondly,the research literature and prior research results of the existing cleaner production indicator system are sorted out,and the research status of cleaner production concept,cleaner production performance evaluation indicator system and the development of cleaner production in the international and domestic are summarized and clarified.Based on the results of previous research and lessons learned,we strive to learn from the experience and lessons of predecessors,and overcome the research deficiencies of leading scholars.Thirdly,using the form of group interviews to collect and organize the content of clean production evaluation in the money printing industry,using questionnaires to collect large sample data,and developing a clean production performance evaluation index system scale for the money printing industry.The scale uses a content analysis method to encode the records of open group interviews step by step to produce an evaluation dimension of the clean production performance of the banknote printing industry.IBM SPSS statistical analysis software was used for principal component factor analysis,and then AMOS statistical analysis software was used for model verification.Then valid questionnaires for all banknote printing companies in the banknote printing industry were used to check the model scale of the cleaner production performance evaluation index system.Finally,the paper summarizes the theoretical contributions and research results of this study,which provides a practical tool for the banknote printing industry to evaluate the performance of cleaner production,and also provides practical inspiration for enterprises in the banknote printing industry and management strategies for cleaner production management and evaluation.In the end,the limitations of this study are summarized,and the future research direction is discussed.
