Research Data Management System And Its Base Contents In Smart City

With the country gradually accelerated pace of urbanization, urban development has ushered in a new wave of construction. Smart City is the realization of the city’s comprehensive information technology, digitization, make the city more "wisdom." While the wisdom of the city is the new direction of urban development, but the city is not the emptiness of wisdom to the wind, but based on the current digital city construction and advanced science and technology combined with the current proposed, so the wisdom of the city’s construction should rely on existing Digital City construction achievements.With the city gradually increase the level of information, the city continues to advance the process of digitization, digital city construction is completed, the wisdom of the city ready. But now the smart city concept is not mature enough, did not form a unified system construction, construction content is not clear enough, not yet fully mastered techniques, resulting in the construction of smart city around a variety of issues, such as data silos serious, repeat construction, operation and management of the lack of rational mode, resulting in a "mentally retarded," the city.Smart City "wisdom" comes from vast amounts of data, the data source of wisdom is the wisdom of the city, is the cornerstone of the wisdom of the city. Good solving data problem can successfully break the plight of wisdom cities currently. Therefore, this paper studies the wisdom of the basic data needed for urban construction from start to actively explore the basis of the data content required under the new era of smart city-building: basic geographic data, demographic data, corporate data to improve the content and elaboration; moreover reference area dividing the data into the way of thought, a modular approach to data integration is introduced to explore new ways of big data era of data management.
