Allelopathy is a new style of action between plants, generally exists in all kinds of ecosystem. And allelopathy is a novel research subject in ecology. In early years, allelopathy is defined as “allelopathy” among the plants. Among the relationship, including two aspects of the beneficial and harmful between plants. Lately, the allelopathic between plants extending the influence on their own. In twenty-first century, the study of allelopathy sense mainly focused on two aspects of biological control and ecological protection. In this study, Anemone obtusiloba as experimental material to explore the allelopathic phenomenon, which spreads in the alpine grassland poisonously. Anemone obtusiloba belongs to the subfamily of Ranunculaceae, spreading all over the eastern Qinghai Tibet Plateau, is a common poisonous weeds in the area, because of the cattle and sheep do not eat it. This research through different altitudes(Hezuo and Maqu) studies the influence of Anemone obtusiloba on the germination of vegetable seeds, grass seeds and its own seeds. This experiment under five water extraction, including the water extract of roots, the water extract of stems, the water extract of leaves, the water extract of decomposition and sterility water extract of decomposition by Anemone obtusiloba. The research also studies the growth in vegetable stems, grass stems and its own stems through this five water extraction in different altitudes. This research is order to discuss the allelopathic of Anemone obtusiloba, providing the theoretical basis for degraded alpine meadow pasture, and also lays the foundation of the next experiments, which isolating and identifying the allelochemical. The main results are as follows:1.There are different senses of strength on Anemone obtusiloba in different altitudes. The allelopathic of Anemone obtusiloba in Ma-Qu is more stronger than the Anemone obtusiloba in He-Zuo.2.The allelopathic of Anemone obtusiloba exists on their own. The allelopathy influences typical vegetable seeds, grass seeds and Anemone obtusiloba seeds. And the performance at concentrations of less than 10 g / L, promoting seeds germination; concentrations higher than 10 g / L, mostly inhibiting seeds germination.3.The strongest parts on allelopathic phenomenon of Anemone obtusiloba are roots, including root exudates(root decomposing liquid mentioned in the text), the second strongest parts are leaves. And we guess that the volatile substances in leaves release allelopathic.4.In this paper, sterilization the water extraction of decomposition. We can get the sterility water extract decomposition of roots. The study indicates that the allelopathy phenomenon in sterility water extraction of decomposition is higher than water extraction of decomposition.5.The Anemone obtusiloba influence the growth of seedling. Through measuring some physiological and biochemical indexes, we find that Anemone obtusiloba mostly suppress the growth of seedlings. Plants can not growth well and the physiological and biochemical indexes decline.6.The action of allelopathic of Anemone obtusiloba is in some ranges, and will not suppress with the infinite concentration increased.
