| Rural homestead is the collective land, which is used as the home base by farmers or individual. The management of rural homestead is the most basic key of the management of land, and is not only directly related to the land especially the utilization and protection of farmland resources and farmers’ production and living, but also impact the construction of the new socialist countryside.Management of use rights for homestead is a vital part of state-building. A mass of valuable materials such as graphics, texts, forms, and pictures were collected in practical survey and delimitation. To meet the requirements of storing, managing, and serving the above-mentioned materials, this paper explored the secondary development of the software platform which is called Map GIS K9.And according to the plans and requirements of the Land and Resources Department of Hubei Province, combined with the demand for the management of rural homestead in Ezhou City, this paper studied the design and implementation of the management system architecture which describes the right to use of rural homestead.Based on the research of the requirements in the management of the right to use rural homestead, this paper analyzed and designed the overall structure and functions of the information management system.By studying Map GIS K9’s database management component, this paper designed the organization and management solutions of massive spatial data and the metadata management program.Through the in-depth analysis of the association of spatial data and non-spatial data, this paper by using the keyword link technology to achieve a mutual query vector data and multimedia information and data, and positioning.This paper based on the Map GIS K9 secondary development components,combined with the demands of parcel management, designed and implemented the system application modules, and by using data integration methods, established a management system of the right to use rural homestead in Ezhou City. |
