Design And Implementation Of Rural Homestead Management Information System

Rural homestead management is an important part of land management in China.It is a basic work,directly related to the protection of farmers' right to live,and has great significance for improving the efficiency of rural homestead utilization.At present,there are many problems in rural residential land,such as some idle,one family with many houses,encroaching on cultivated land,and disorderly distribution,which result in a great waste of land resources and affect the stability of rural society and the process of "beautiful countryside" construction.In addition,there are also some phenomena in the management of homestead,such as confusion in management and low level of information technology.Therefore,in view of the existing problems in the management of rural homestead,it is of great practical significance to establish an efficient and practical management information system of rural homestead,which can improve the efficiency and scientific decision-making level of the land management department in the management of rural homestead.Based on GIS technology,Web technology and database technology,this thesis constructs the rural homestead management information system,which can realize the management and visual analysis of the basic information of rural homestead.The main research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the current situation of Homestead Management in rural areas and the investigation and research results of the relevant information of rural homestead,this thesis makes a demand analysis on the establishment of rural homestead management information system,and divides the functional modules of the system,mainly including daily management module of homestead data,data query and statistics module,compensation module of homestead land expropriation,homestead.Examination and approval function module and homestead location function module,and designed the function of each subsystem module.(2)Based on the function of rural homestead management information system,the database structure and tables are designed accordingly.At the same time,ArcSDE and SQL Server are combined to manage spatial database and attribute database.On the basis of building the homestead database,the software related functions of the rural homestead management information system are developed,which can display and process the homestead related information directly on the map and basically achieve the goal of system construction.(3)According to the system function module and database management mode,the system is constructed in B/S mode,combined with GIS technology and Web technology,according to the technical route of database layer,server layer and client layer.The database layer includes spatial database,attribute database and relational database;the server layer includes GIS services and non-GIS services,while the non-GIS services are constructed by Node.js platform + Express.js framework;the client layer is the interface of system display,including the overall interface design and function realization etc.
