Ten Kong Dui is the seasonal rivers in the southern coast of Inner Mongolia, the Yellow River, Ordos basin. Each to the flood season, the ten major hole against the area there is a flash flood, a lot of flood sediment downstream, causing floods. Lead engineering of flood and silt, built in ten tributaries in the middle and lower reaches and the flood drainage Buzzi desert storage, the flood of flood resources. On the one hand, it can reduce the sediment in the flood season and prevent the deposition of the Yellow River. On the other hand, it can intercept some flood and reduce the flood disaster. This paper focuses on the research of additional ground waterflood of diversion project. The strata in the study area is suitable for construction of flood Silting Engineering is used to replenish groundwater, with the focus on the hydrogeological evaluation. Secondly, from the macro analysis of flood diversion project is in the aspect of groundwater replenishment is feasible. In this paper, the geological structure, formation lithology, aquifer characteristics and the characteristics of groundwater recharge and discharge of the ten major areas are expounded. Using the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and geographical information system (GIS), the hydrogeological conditions of middle reaches of the sandy area will be divided into four level, level I is the region most suitable groundwater recharge areas, grades II and III compared to the first slightly worse, but can also be water supplement. Grade IV is not recommended for the construction of groundwater because of lithology or fault. There will be confirmed 11 cited flood and silt project.according to area grade mapIn flood Silting Engineering of groundwater feasibility analysis. It is concluded that the study area within the territory of natural water resources mainly consists of three parts.transit of the Yellow River water.groundwater and surface runoff. The Yellow River for many years an average annual transit traffic 247.80×108m3, surface diameter flow years average 1.36×108m3. groundwater can be mining reserves 3.15×108m3.The development and utilization status:the Yellow River water intake quantity is 2.34 X 108m3.The average groundwater extraction volume is 3.69×108m3.Over production 0.54×108m3.The surface water was 0.58×108m3,and there is no use of 0.79 ×108m3 surface water every year. If the project is completed, the annual 0.35×108m3 flood diverted into underground reservoir for the conservation of Kubuqi desert.
