With the development and application of geographic information system(GIS), 3D GIS based on three-dimensional scene(3D Scene) is becoming a hot spot of research and application, meanwhile the construction technology of 3D Scene is put forward higher requirements of shorter cycle and lower production cost. In the context of this requirement, the related rapid construction methods have been researched, combined the building characteristics of urban 3D Scene with actual needs, the main research contents are as follows.(1)Current situation of construction technology and application of 3D Scene are researched and the different construction methods and characteristics of 3D Scene are summarized.(2)The Jane model construction methods based on digital line graph is researched. Study the method of establishing Jane model texture library first,followed by the use of digital line graph(DLG) data for rectangular and non-rectangular outline feature of simple building, design and implement scripts of building model, and finally verify the feasibility of the method through experiments.(3)The DLG-assisted rapid construction method of urban 3D scene is researched. First, the urban scene classification for six types of geographic features as terrain, roads, rivers, vegetation, buildings, ancillary public facilities,etc., then 3D model is built by the use of 3DMax and other tools, according to the characteristics of these geographic features, and finally 3D scene is realized construction and visualization in the skyline 3D platform.(4)The integrated air-ground photogrammetric method to build 3D models is researched. Using the stability and air visibility superiority of multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV), firstly, the aerial high overlap oblique photography measurement, then the hidden parts of ground supplement photogrammetry, after that through software integration processing to obtain thepoint cloud data and scaling model of building, recovery of ratio to obtain each component dimensions of the building. Finally, the 3DMAX software used to built detailed model.
