In the information era of digital, intelligence and network, complete digital photogrammetry machine is applied to dispose of and analyze image and build measurement system of measured object's 3-D model based on the close-range photogrammetry technique in this paper. Therefore, the application field of close-range photogrammetry is widened and the quality of measurement result is improved. The accomplishment of this research is certain to prosper the progress of photogrammetry technique.Confronted with the problem of unknown inner and outer orientation elements of the camera when non-mearsured camera is used for photogrammetry, a mobile framework is designed to supply controlled coordination in the research. So the coordination of the key points on the surface of the mobile framework is achieved in the way of 3-D industrial measurement, and the analysis & disposal of the tolerance of the measured coordiantion is accomplished. The inner and outer orientation elements of non-mearsured camera are figured out in the method of Direct Linear Transformation (DLT) on the basis of the known coordination of key points in the image. The tolerance analysis of inner and outer orientation elements is accomplished with the coordination of redundant key points. Finally, the physical spacial coordination of the image points is calculated in the way of DLT.As to the automatic & digital trend of photogrammetry development, the designed project of close-range photogrammetry machine is proposed, in this project, the automation degree in the process of image collection in close-range photogrammetry is improved with the use of computerized control technique and image process technique. The unionist of image collection, digitalization and measurement in the process ofphotogrammetry is achieved where close-range photogrammetry machine and digital photogrammetry software designed by myself are put into use.Combined frame modeling method and surface modeling method build up the topological relations of spacial point, line and surface on condition that the points on the surface of measured object is considered as known points after compared with other several modeling method. A edition software is developed on the desktop of Windows and in the language of VC++ with the adoption of OpenGL 3-D graphic drawing software.
