Research On Mapping Technology Of Rural Land Contractual Management Right Based On GIS

Nowadays our country is undergoing the right of the contracted management of rural land ownership registration, The data processing efficiency is low using traditional cadastral mapping technology. The mapping specification is difficult to unity, which makes it incapable to meet the data using a unified and management.Therefore, the urgent need to develop a rapid and efficient and can meet the use and management of unified data mapping technology.This study is due to the above requirements, finding the GIS of rural land contract management rights is indeed the right mapping technology based on.This paper is mainly based on the ARCGIS system, according to the characteristics of different surveying methods, how to quickly and accurately generate the research on rural land contract management rights ownership figure.This paper completed the following work:(1)From the rural land contract management right is indeed the right to work measurement technology and ArcGIS system data processing function of analysis based on ArcGIS system graphics technology advantages.(2)Combined with the characteristics of the ArcGIS system, we studied all methods of data source pre-processing used in rural land contract management rights and ownership registration.(3) In full field digital measurement method get parcel boundary point characteristics study based on ArcGIS system parcel boundary point data import,boundary points, automatic generation of boundary lines, boundary line automatically generated parcel and a parcel attribute into the set of data process.(4) For aerial photogrammetry method of aerial photograph features study based on ArcGIS system of aerial processing, translation and generation of parcel data processing interpretation.(5)According to the principle of graphic method study based on ArcGIS system parcel processing module creation, ArcGIS parcel structure, the separation of land parcel, parcel file conversion and data process.(6)With examples, the application of ARCGIS system in each of the three kinds of data process. The results showed that the ARCGIS system data processing can quickly and efficiently achieve the requirements of mapping.
