The Research And Application Of Military Surverying And Mapping Achievement Data Management System Base On ArcGIS

Nowadays, with computer and database technology's development. Spatial data Administrative Technology is a first step for the file management mode.this is a chance for surveying and mapping spatial data management. According to the problem in traditional data slow renewal, slow updating and conservation difficulties. It makes spatial data from renewable energy gradually step onto Informatization. However, there are several problems due to late introduction and slow development. Raditional document management mode restricts the development of military surveying and mapping. In order to insure the security and particularity of military area,military surveying and mapping develops and relatively lags behind. Military surveying and mapping is at semi-traditional and semi-management models information management.Secondly, staff quality level of troops internal are comparatively low, which restrict the development of military Informationization. Surveying and mapping geo-spatial data have the characters of massive and vector raster incorporation. It is eager to find an efficient scientific management system. So,this paper designs and implements a military surveying and mapping result data management system,using the latest GIS technology.In this way,we can solve the problems in data management and data share.The paper, we will follow characteristics of military surveying and mapping result data, Realize result management's standardize, have treated by achievement databases.exploration research based on creating a military spatial database.The military spatial database is built logically and phtsically in the light of standardization. By using achievement databases, we can enable central management of spatial and non-spatial data effectively.It is organized ArcSDE database, memorized and managed in large relational database Oracle, and operated through ArcSDE as their middleware.The paper establishes a historical data-set .Thought the technique we manage to historical data and latest data.Based on the above research, the paper brings forword a scheme of designing and implementing a basic geo-spatial data management system. It's developed with Visual C#2005 and based on ArcEngine, which is the embedded component of ArcGIS. It has provided a series of Achievement spatial data management functions for massive raster-data, for example database buiding, topology examining, querying, statistic, data editing, downloading. Metadata Management, engineering library management cartography management, cartography and analyzing. It's an efficient management and service platform of massive achievement spatial data, the profession application solving project.This paper discussed the integrated methods and technology management of the information system between internal departments. We adopt metadata management to realize information sharing between different systems of every department conveniently , improve their work efficiency and emergency response mechanism.
