| The rural land system as a basic economic system, is the foundation of the rural relations of production, it is for increasing the income of peasants and plays an important role in rural development. Rural land contract management rights and ownership according to the legal provisions and requirements, farmers the right to land contractual management in form of legal texts, the certificate of registration, to further consolidate and improve the rural land contract relationship, give farmers more secure contract property. Basic issues of the right to contract for management of rural land is indeed the right to work and the core content is household farmers contracted land area and the boundary determined.Current our country ongoing of the right to the contracted management of rural land ownership registration, data processing using traditional cadastral mapping technology, efficiency is low, around the mapping specification is difficult to unity,unable to meet the data using a unified and management. Therefore, the urgent need to develop a rapid and efficient and can meet the use and management of unified data mapping technology.This study is due to the above requirements, finding the GIS of rural land contract management rights is indeed the right mapping technology based on.In recent years, the computer and the rapid development of GIS technology,combined with computer graphics has become a trend in the use of computer and GIS technology. Especially the ARCGIS software system has a powerful data processing capability, can not only handle the conventional point, line and plane documents, data on the effects of aerial photos and satellite also has strong processing ability. In addition, ARCGIS system also offers a variety of automatic and semi automatic mapping technology. Arc GIS software system in different coordinate data can be performed and that all data are to their actual coordinates are stored, only in a map is the need to set the scale, the same data source to according to the needs of a variety of output scale map, to meet the needs of different levels. Therefore, the study of basedon Arc GIS rural land contract management right ownership mapping technology can make the rural land is indeed the right to work is more accurate and efficient, the country unified format for the data source, so that the ownership of the work results is applied more widely and high-efficientThis paper is mainly based on the ARCGIS system, according to the characteristics of different surveying methods, how to quickly and accurately generate the research on rural land contract management rights ownership figure.This paper completed the following work:1) From the rural land contract management right is indeed the right to work measurement technology and Arc GIS system data processing function of analysis based on Arc GIS system graphics technology advantages.2) In full field digital measurement method get parcel boundary point characteristics study based on Arc GIS system parcel boundary point data import,boundary points, automatic generation of boundary lines, boundary line automatically generated parcel and a parcel attribute into the set of data process.3) For aerial photogrammetry method of aerial photograph features study based on Arc GIS system of aerial processing, translation and generation of parcel data processing interpretation.4) According to the principle of graphic method study based on Arc GIS system parcel processing module creation, Arc GIS parcel structure, the separation of land parcel, parcel file conversion and data process.5) With examples, the application of ARCGIS system in each of the three kinds of data process. The results showed that the ARCGIS system data processing can quickly and efficiently achieve the requirements of mapping. |
