High school education is a basic part of elementary education stage. Since the revolution of high school new course teaching in 2004, it has aroused a lot of attention from researchers, also the link with secondary education stage. Ministry of Education carries out the spiritual revolution in Teacher’s Day that advocated importantly by chairman Xi and put forward outstanding teachers plan. It is said that” the aim of outstanding teachers plan is the cultivation of outstanding middle school teacher with firm faith, sturdy basis, prominent ability and the capacity of adapting and guiding high school education reform”. Thus, the linking research between High school biology teaching materials and college teaching materials can not only comprehend the joint-point of them, construe scientific and integrated biology knowledge, but also has a significant meaning to normal universities teachers’ teaching, developing biological major students; outstanding middle school teachers provide backup power for the future.This paper is divided into two parts. Part one conducts comparison and analysis on the basis of plant physiology part through clearing up the linking research between High school biology teaching materials and college teaching materials. Part two deals with the research on the Teachers of plant physiology and biological professional students of GNU on the basis of textbook knowledge point link between High school biology teaching materials and college teaching materials by questionnaire of the university teacher’s teaching way, high school and university cohesion knowledge and colleges and universities to cultivate students. Shortcomings can be founded and useful suggestions will be raised.The investigation shows that:(1) the analyses of high school biology textbooks and university biology teaching materials in plant physiology indicates that high school biology textbooks and university biology teaching materials in plant physiology have perfect link according to the link of knowledge point, figure and experiment of biology textbook for high school of PEP edition and university of plant physiology teaching materials, and high school biology textbooks embodies the content of university biology teaching materials, university of plant physiology teaching materials entirely covers high school biology textbook knowledge. But they have different focuses; university of plant physiology teaching materials is the progress and supplement to high school biology textbook.(2) the nominal university students’ questionnaire manifest that nominal university students of biology can realize the importance of knowledge content and experiment of plant physiology on high school biology textbooks and college entrance examination, but it is lack of understanding of high school biology textbooks, curriculum standards and dynamic scheduling and university teaching material in plant physiology knowledge take deficient portion in high school biology textbooks. It can not be joined enough between university teaching material in plant physiology knowledge and high school biology textbooks, and sincerely hope that college teachers can pay enough attention to the link of education and master the skill of linking high school textbooks and college textbook, thus, it will help to master professional knowledge and high school biology teaching in the future.(3) Plant physiology teacher in normal school can realize the importance of plant physiology knowledge and experiment in high school textbooks and college entrance examination, but they do not focus on link of education and the fact of high school education, thus there is a problem of disconnection, but they all agree with the necessity of textbooks link. Also, it can facilitate the cultivation of teachers. My own relevant suggestions will be put forward in the end of this paper.
