As the rapid development of industry in recent years, people’s awareness of environmental protection is weak, making the water in varying degrees around the destruction of a serious threat to human health, water pollution control and protection is imperative, therefore Watershed Monitoring System becoming an increasingly important one intelligent monitoring technology, but based on traditional monitoring technology system has poor visibility, operational difficulties and other shortcomings, to solve the above problem, this article will watershed monitoring system and a traditional three-dimensional GIS software technology, three-tier C / S software architecture to achieve a new generation of three-dimensional basin monitoring system.In this paper, a variety of three-dimensional GIS systems contrast, according to the actual needs, using Skyline software on river water environment modeling, and according to an embodiment, the sensor and control equipment to create three-dimensional model obtained compared with the real three-dimensional model prepared by the watershed. Clients use the.Net platform and C # language, using COM technology, the Skyline embedded watershed monitoring system, implement the user interface portion of the three-dimensional GIS monitoring system.Server uses Java language to achieve a complete water quality monitoring business logic, including sub-station management, user rights management, remote control module, using Socket asynchronous communication technology, linking the client, sub-station to collect data, send commands and water quality data from the child station through the server delivered to each client, real-time display of client data.Finally, the issue at Ash River has been tested to work three-dimensional GIS monitoring system. In practice, this monitoring system 7 × 24 hours to run well, river water quality to achieve a real-time data collection, remote control devices, three-dimensional GIS display functions, compared to traditional monitoring systems, this system has visual, easy to operate, scalability and strong advantages.
