| At present, many new tourism is in the period of slow elaboration and gradual development, among which is the geological tourism. Its main core is to protect the geological relics while promoting the sustainable development of local economy, culture and environment so as to provide the tourists a place of high level for tourism, leisure vacation, science and education, cultural entertainment, and healthcare. At the same time, the geological park has become an important site for the study of geoscience and the education of popular science knowledge. From the perspective of geological research, geological relics is formed in the long period of geological evolution, which has certain laws of formation, distribution, evolution and development, verifying the long historical process of Earth. Nonrenewable geological resources provide beneficial research base for geological archaeologists. From the view of tourism study, natural tourism resources is an important part of the geological relics landscape, whose unique geological landscape has high aesthetic, ornamental and scientific value, which can greatly promote the local economic benefits and the local tourism development. Geological relics is formed in billions of years of evolution of Earth, which is closely related to human living conditions of the past, present and future. However, it is non-renewable, and once damaged it will not be able to recover. In order to protect the geological relics which have characteristics of naturalness, integrity, representativeness and rareness, it is an important issue to study how to achieve the protection and sustainable use of the development.The core of this thesis is to regard the popular science landscape geological park as the research object and study the current situation of the development of the geological park at home and abroad. The planning and design is based on the premise of sustainable development, landscape ecology and landscape space theory. Based on the study of planning and design of the geological park landscape as well as the interpretation system planning, this thesis tries to conduct a case study on the best preserved quaternary glacier relics, the Luoji Mountain Geological Park in Sichuan Province. The principle and expression techniques are summarized according to the characteristics of the geological parks.Through the study of geological park landscape planning, the required principles and designing methods in the construction of geological parks are put forward. Based on the on-the-spot investigation of Luoji Mountain and the analysis of actual situation, suggestions about the landscape display design are proposed. |
