BingYuGou national geological park as the only quartzite karst tourist area in northeastChina, There are many kinds of geological landscape in the park, Geological andgeomorphologic landscape combination is infrequent, which is result by geological’s structureand physical erosion. In this.text, on the basis of predecessors’ research, with a view tomeasurements and satellite image interpretation and geographic information system meansresearch BingYuGou national geological park landscape characteristics, expounds geologicalformation in the process, i.n addition,from the geotectonics, fold,fracture control and theerosion of the external force of BingYuGou landscape formation mechanism analysis, drawthe control mechanism of geological formations. Causes for BingYuGou national geologicalpark landscape found the scientific basis, at the same time, BingYuGou development andplanning of national.geological.park provides a geological theories.Field investigation.results showed.that the BingYuGou national geological.park landscapehas a unique typical karst landform types where located in the south of high the warmregion, and in the biological erosion, rainfall, freeze-thaw action and so on a series of waterunder the action of external force formed valleys of landscape types, fold of scenic spot andjoint development very much.DEM images to make use of geographic information system analysis, it can be seen thatBingYuGou national geological park of the mountain slope. and elevation difference is veryobvious, on the linear distance of1m produced nearly100m vertical corrosion gap,mountain. and obvious significantly controlled. by tectonic.
