Based On System Dynamics Of E-commerce To Promote Industrial Development In Guizhou

As the electronic commerce technology developed rapidly and Internet technology applied widely, electronic commerce based on virtual economy are gradually becoming an important force to promote China’s new industrialization. The development of electronic commerce will change the traditional pattern of industry, realize the standardization of production and sales scale and the enterprise management specialization. Due to the characteristics and regional factor, the development of electronic Commerce in Guizhou is late compared to the developed area. The first thing for Guizhou is to develop new industry based on its modernization and apply the electronic Commerce technology to the process of Guizhou industrialization according to the new electronic Commerce technology and the realities of Guizhou which are helpful to promote economic development by leaps and bounds and increase people’s standard of living in Guizhou. Guizhou focus on developing large data,cloud computing and other strategic emerging industries which give guizhou thick with nature and the inevitable choice of guizhou backwardness, building the construction of "seven cloud" demonstration projects and "cloud valley of China". Recently in the context of steady flow of new technology of electronic commerce and implementation of industrialization in less developed areas of China effect mechanisms of electronic commerce to the industria development plays an important role in the promotion of industrialization in less developed areas of China.Based on the influence of electronic commerce in all areas of industrial development as the fundamental basis, using the SWOT strategic analysis method analyzed the factors which electronic commerce promote to the development of industrial and discussing the current development of electronic commerce in Guizhou which need to adhere to the basic requirements,principles and development strategy. Based on this the thesis discusses all factors in the industrial development promoted byelectronic commerce with the theory of systematic dynamics,formed the causal loop diagrams, builds dynamic model, analyze influencing mechanisms of electronic commerce to the industrial development; Then by using STELLA combine the above factors and build the system of the enterprise electronic commerce operation flow diagram that promoting to the development of industry.Based on the gray system theory the thesis collected the changing data of total industrial output value of above-scale industries since 2006 in Guizhou, made a prediction to the changing trend to the total industrial output value of above-scale industries by using MATLAB and conclude that with the promotion of electronic commerce the economies’ actual output is larger than predicting output. Then get the industrial output value in Guizhou and e-commerce transactions standardized and obtain standard value of industrial output value and e-commerce transactions of Guizhou in the past, comparing the two, it is concluded that the growth trend between height fitting, so as to verifing the e-commerce for the promotion of industrial development in Guizhou. Finally based on the above discussion,provide relative suggestions to accelerate the pace of industrial informatization and the electronic commerce system and promote the application and development of electronic commerce in the process of industrialization comprehensively.
