Euonymus sanguineue is a Perennial deciduous shrubs or smalltrees of Euonymus in Celastraceae.Euonymus genus contain about220species in the world. Its Mainly distributed in the subtropical andtemperate regions such as Asia Europe America and Oceania, only afew kinds of distributed in north the cool temperate zone.It has been primarily studied on its cultivation techniques, chemical composition, the pharmacological action and so on.Euonymus sanguineue was the plant that takes the economical dualbenefit tree and emerging has the cology, has the extremely highdevelopment use value in the future. The structure of the roots, stems, leaves, flowers, of Euonymussanguineue were through paraffin section method. The relationshipbetween the structure and environment, the distribution of the mainchemical composition were deliberated. Designed to reveal themechanism of Euonymus sanguineuesurvival, for Euonymussanguineuereproductive biology to provide a theoretical basis andprovide scientific and theoretical basis for medicinal botany. Results showed that: 1.The primary structure of Euonymus sanguineue root consistsof epidermis, cortex and casculat cylinder are outside the beginningof development.cortex was obvious thickening. Its Vascular bundlemake up witn four parts:primary xylem and primary phloem andparenchyma cells. The root of the primary xylem had begun todifferentiation,by the time of full Differentiation, the xylem andphloem will alternate with distribution. The second growth of root ishuge. the large number of vessel, large diameter. Cortex andlignification parenchyma cells with crystals.2.The primary structure stem of Euonymus sanguineue like mostdicotyledonous plants. It can be divided into the epidermis, cortex andthe primary vascular cylinder and pith.It was Typical infinitetoughening type of vascular bundle. The development Of the primarystructure of stem is outside the beginning. While the mature stemhas protruding lenticels. Secondary vascular tissue was a completelyclosed ring.3.The cell walls is deeper dyeing exist in epidermal cells ofprimary structure root、 Cortex and mesophyll cells of primarystructure stem and receptacle.Lots of Studies shown that:It has aconnection with secretory cells or secrete gland.4.The leaves of Euonymus sanguineue was typicaldicotyledonous plants bifacial leaf. The leaves distribute epidermalhair、cuticle and stomatal apparatus. These structural features canbe used to reduce radiation on the blades of light intensity、Reducestranspiration. So it Has strong resistance to high temperature anddrought resistance.5.The Drought-resistant traits of Euonymus sanguineue was its primary structure root’s Epidermal cells are Closely packed and itsprimary structure root’s and steam’s cell walls was thicker andcuticle.6.The flower of Euonymus sanguineue was typical Gather umbelPerfect flowe. The pollen grain with a long ball, polar axis about31~35microns, the equatorial axis about17~19microns, the polar viewis round blunt trifid and left and right sides is symmetrical, article3germination ditch, there is a clear ditch polar, groove5~7micronswide, long groove24~26microns. Pollen equator view for round orsuborbicular.7.The wall of Euonymus sanguineue’s mature pollen consisted offour layers:epidermis, endothecium, middle layers and tapetum fromsurface to inside, and the tapetum was secretory type. The maturepollen surface has flat significant net shape grain and Great forirregular mesh and mesh. Mature pollen grain was2-cell type withthree germ pores.8.The Pistil of Euonymus sanguineue was single carpe unilocularovary and Marginal placentation. The end three nucleus of micropyledifferentiate into egg apparatus.the chalazal megaspore was thefunctional one, which develops into a Polygonum type of embryo sac.Through the above research, synthesized analysis theanatomical structure of Euonymus sanguineue. It had the antidroughtcharacteristics, for keep soil erosion and ecosystem developments,we should plant. and Euonymus sanguineue, a wealth of secondarymetabolites and other good cultivation characteristics, should makeuse of wild plant resources.
