The Study Of The National Geographic Conditions Surveying In Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province

Geographical national conditions survey is a major survey of national conditions and strength.It is important means and infrastructure work to obtain comprehensive information on the geographic national conditions and grasp the basic situation of the surface of natural, ecological and human activities.It is of great significance for the authority, objective, systematic and accurate grasp of natural and geography conditions information, improving mapping geographic information public service capabilities,serving disaster prevention and mitigation better, emergency support and related industries ect and promoting the implementation of major national development strategy formulation and rational allocation of resources, propelling conservation-oriented society and ecology civilization.In this thesis, through the case of National Geographic Conditions Surveying of Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province. Through combining the results of basic geographic information data and a variety of thematic data, multi-source remote sensing image based on the geographical conditions in accordance with the requirements of the survey content, for different characteristics of geographic features, the use of interactive interpretation, multi-source information and assist interpretation of the solution such as translation, field investigation and verification methods, to carry out information acquisition. From the data on access to interactive interpretation to lay the verification tone painting, returning within the industry to modify,then loading the final data to ArcGIS to submit. In the thesis, the concept and difference of different land type is described,then we should attent the matters when we work graphing and earthwork. Also,the whole procedure of the interpretation surface coverage classification and geographical state of the elements and the production of metadata and remote sensing and sample library is discribed. Final data can be provided to support for the latter to carry out Geographical national conditions monitoring and geographical conditions, or may be scientific development and implementation of national development strategies and plans, also to improve land development space and provide the basis for all kinds of resource allocation. Finally,, with obtained the data, the geographical national conditions monitoring system using the AE+C# on VS20008 platform is reengineered.
