The national geographical conditions monitoring is the new strategic direction,which itput forward modern mapping profession development. In this paper, based on the existing dataresults mapping and remote sensing, deeply understanding and analysis of research contents ofthe national geographical conditions monitoring, some classification standardized of contents ofthe national geographical conditions monitoring to experiment, divided them into the nationalnatural geographical conditions information and the humanistic national natural geographicalconditions information as two groups, and formed five classes such as the door class, the largeclass,the middle class,the small class,the subclass, establishment the classification of contentsof the national geographical conditions monitoring. completed of analysis of contents of thenational geographical conditions monitoring data, and proposed the model of standardizeddesign of analysis about construction the national geographical conditions data and thestandardization of data production,in order to standardized manage and profit the nationalgeographical conditions monitoring.Finally,it shows the national nature reserve system which designed and expressed in WuYanLing,including the system database designed and some implementation of function. Withthinking of standardized design of the national geographical conditions monitoring,implementthe classification of data of the national nature reserve, and design the database of the nationalnature reserve,and product Output. Practical classification of the national geographicalconditions monitoring of nature reserve areas with thematic data content, designed the naturereserve areas UML model, generated special protected areas monitoring database. By databasedesign of object oriented, guarantee the consistency of data interface and data content. Based onthree-dimensional geographic information platform,by C Sharpe programming language,realized small spot monitoring in nature reserve areas and statistical analysis, as the result, itproducts the thematic maps of partition function of three-dimensional monitoring in naturereserve areas.
