Research On Equity Allocation And Analysis Of Elderly Care Facilities Based On Geographical National Conditions Data

Geographic national conditions are important parts of basic national conditions.The collection of geographical national conditions data is an important basic task for understanding the national conditions,grasping the national situation,and formulating national policies.Geographical national conditions data is an important support for promoting ecological and environmental protection,building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society.It is also an important guarantee for disaster prevention and reduction work and emergency security services.The analysis and application of geographic national data are mainly divided into two categories-natural resource analysis and social resource analysis.Among them,the use of natural resource analysis data is relatively full and has achieved good results,but there is still a lack of research on social public resources.With the arrival of the aging population problem in China,the allocation of old-age resources has become the focus of the society.In the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",we also mentioned "the old people's support".Based on this,this article starts from the perspective of equalization of basic public resources,and uses geographical national conditions data to analyze the allocation of old-age resources.This article studies the equalization of old-age pension resources from the aspects of the supply relationship and the current situation of the spatial distribution of the provision of pension resources.This paper takes Jing'an District as the research area,uses the geographical national data and the data of the old-age resources,the resident population census data to conduct the experimental analysis.First,use the Baidu map big data to delineate the scope of the community circle and design the "15-minute community circle" indicator to describe the accessibility distribution.The use of"number of beds for one hundred people" as the main indicator of the equalization of regional pension resources.Second,from the point of view of the provision of pension facilities,an equalization analysis is conducted to determine whether the existing number of old-age facilities meets the supply demand.Thirdly,the evaluation of the service capacity of the aged care facilities through the three indicators of bearing ratio,service coverage rate,and coordination relationship can be used to judge the degree of equalization of resource allocation.From the aspect of the service pressure and service scope of the old-age care facilities,quantitatively describe the service capacity of the old-age care facilities using the indicators of bearer ratio and service coverage;according to the requirements of the government planning,the definition of old-age care facilities can reach the scale of the elderly population and old-age care facilities in the community in 15 minutes.The indicators of the coordination relationship are used to measure the service capacity of old-age care facilities.On this basis,the service capacity of old-age care facilities is divided into four types:low coupling,lagging facilities,advanced facilities,and highly balanced.Fourth,using the community as a basic research unit,using the potential model,we analyze the accessibility of the old-age care facilities based on the road distance and the number of beds in the surrounding elderly care facilities.Finally,using the coefficient of variation method combined with the indicators in the above analysis to evaluate the street suitability of the spatial distribution of elderly care facilities.The results show that the overall distribution of old-age care resources in Jing'an District is relatively unbalanced and the average resource distribution level cannot meet the old-age care requirements in Jingan District.In particular,the supply of potential old-age caregivers in the old-age resources and service circle in Pengpu Town,Nanjing West Road,and Beizhan Sub-district is seriously out of balance.The better situation is Pengpu Xincun,Linyi Street and Tianmu West Road.The supply of old-age resources is relatively abundant.The number of bedspaces for 100-persons in Linfen Street has not yet reached the national requirement baseline.This paper combines geographic national conditions data with multiple data,and comprehensive statistical analysis of visual analysis methods,and conducts research on the equalization of pension facility resources in Jing'an District,which reflects the value of geographic national conditions data in the analysis of social issues,and serves as a public service facility in the future.Equalization configuration provides a reference.
