In recent years, due to the over needs of geological resources and the expansion of city, theacceleration of global urbanization, China’s geological environment has undergone great changes, various geological environmental problems occur frequently, then people just become more awarethat the prevention of geological disasters is so important of socio-economic development. As a coalcity, because of a large number of long-term exploitation of coal resources, Fushun City’s geologicalenvironment has been severely damaged, which lead to a series of geological disasters, such asground subsidence, ground subsidence, avalanches, landslides and other phenomena. Currently, theresearch on coal mining in Fushun has a single target, which means that people generally payattention to the certain types of geological disasters phenomenon, and the comprehensive study onvarious geological disasters is relatively weak. Therefore, a comprehensive assessment of geologicaldisasters in the influence of Fushun coalfield area is particularly important, which can provide amore objective and scientific basis for disaster mitigation and government decision-making.Thesis make the coal mining district of Fushun City Liaoning Province as a example, the studyarea will be referent to the provincial capital fee projects (Fushun city revitalization fracture and Gobexploration projects) range, and divided206cells to analyze, which will be the to be evaluatedgeological region, then construct the evaluation index system. First, after a lot of research, thesisselects landslides, ground subsidence, ground fissures, ground subsidence four kinds of geologicaldisasters as evaluation objects, collects meteorology and hydrology, topography, geological structure, engineering geological conditions, human engineering activities and other as the basic data. On thisbasis, on the analysis of the condition occurs and the extent of the occurrence of disasters in thehistory of geological disasters, draw the geological hazard impact factor, which includes rockproperties, human engineering activities (outdoor, underground mining activities), geologicalstructure, topography. Then apply expert evaluation method to make a reasonable score forevaluation factor from all areas to be evaluated, which obtains a judgment matrix, after it, use AHPto analyze the importance of the distribution for each evaluation factor, after these steps, calculateout a comprehensive risk index of assessment district’s geological hazard and comprehensive riskzoning, and ultimately it will form a geological hazard zoning map of Fushun coal mining.Based on the evaluation results, divide the geological hazard partition of the Fushun coal mining areas, and define the region which is prone to disasters a high risk area, the region whosenext disaster occurs to a lesser extent is defined as mild danger zone, there is no likelihood fordisasters in the future is defined as the basic danger zone, the region which is intervening theseregion will be defined moderate risk zone and micro-degree danger zone. According to theevaluation results, the total area of basic hazard zone and degree of danger zone micro is13.25square kilometers, these two areas are both suitable to construct projects; the area of moderate riskzone is17square kilometers, which is basically suitable for construction projects; and the area of thehigh risk zone is21.25square kilometers, where the project construction is suitability poor. And thismethod has been drawn and adopted on the practical application.
