Human survival environment is closely related to the geological environment, the geological disaster in recent years has been severely restricts the economic development of our country, A series of geological problems such as collapse, landslide and debris flow threat to people’s life and property safety, so in view of the geological hazards prevention and control work has become an urgent problem to be solved. Geological disaster evaluation is the basis of the geological disaster early warning, provide scientific theory basis for prevention and control of geological disasters.This paper is based on “1:50000 Geological hazard investigation project of Chongyi country in Jiangxi Province". On the base of comprehensive collecting information, visiting mine tube bureau of Chongyi County, field reconnaissance and comprehensive research, according to the existing method of liability zoning, to make subregions of the geological hazards in the study area, there are mainly the following work:1) Based on field reconnaissance, finding that geological disasters and potential points of geo-disasters types in the study area are landslide, collapse, unstable slope, debris flow and surface collapse, which is given priority to with landslide, collapse and unstable slope. Through analyzing the distributing of geological disasters systematically, Summed up the factors affecting the impact of geological disasters in the study area are: physiognomy, formation lithology, geological structure and human engineering activities, etc. and then analysis the relationship between influence factors and the geological disasters.2) Select the landform, stratum lithology, slope, human activities, density of some development of the geological hazards as evaluation indexes, and establish the evaluation index system. Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to calculate the weight of these five factors, in which each factor weight sorting: density of some development of the geological hazards(0.2921) > stratum lithology(0.2453) > terrain slope(0.1715) = topography(0.1715) > artificial activities(0.1196).3) Make a sub layer through these five evaluation factors by MAPGIS and ARCGIS software, through "spatial analysis- district to district intersection analysis" of MAPGIS to carry on the stack, got the 6707 units and each unit through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate the relative membership degree, Finally, gained geological disaster-prone partition by MAPGIS.4) According to lability zoning of the geological hazards in Chongyi country, the lability degree of geological disasters in Chongyi country is divided into none lability, low lability, middle lability, high lability. There are three high lability, covers an area of 798.983 square kilometers, accounting for 36.21% of the total area of the county land; six middle lability, covers an area of 773.590 square kilometers, accounting for 35.06%;five low lability, covers an area of 551.999 square kilometers, accounting for 25.02%; four none lability, covers an area of 81.696 square kilometers, accounting for 3.7%.
